Cardio Dance

Come Get Your Groove On!
 

Both in-studio and online, Kayla's Cardio Dance class incorporates fun dance moves to a variety of mixed-level and high-energy beats from many genres.  Kayla is always bringing new dance routines to your favorite songs so the class is always fresh and fun.

 

Dance moves are simple, repetitive, and designed for fun, no matter your fitness level or experience. It's easy enough for beginners and still challenging enough for advanced dancers.

Contagious Energy

It’s impossible not to smile along and feed off the happy energy in this class. With your metabolism burning and endorphins pumping, you’re guaranteed to feel good in class. We’re here to move, have fun and laugh a little. This feel-good, full-body workout is like a dance party!

Belly Dance Fitness

Wiggle, shake, and shimmy!
 

Bellydance Fitness is a total body workout. Combining the best of belly dancing with core strengthening, this class doesn't feel like you’re working out because you're having so much fun!  For beginners and experienced dancers,  Bellydance Fitness is both a workout and instruction. During class, we take time to focus on the fundamentals: posture, isolations and footwork, then applied them to fun dance movements set to trending pop music and Egyptian hits.
